Web Based Merchant Portal

As part of the Premier Electrum service merchants are provided with a web based portal. This portal allows merchants to:

• View transaction history.

• Report cards lost/stolen.

• Transfer balance from one card to another.

• Can be Viewed by date & see list of active cards.

• Enable currency conversions.

• Review active cards

User Access

The Premier Electrum Merchant Portal allows gift card activity to be reviewed from a senior management level such as head office. The web portal administrator can allocate specific rights to particular users. Some users, such as store managers may be allowed access to all functionality where others may have limited user rights.
