What is the minimum order required for the Electronic Gift Card package?

1000 cards is the minimum order.

What quantities/packages are available for the Electronic Gift Card.?

The standard packages are 1000, 3000, 5000 and 10,000 cards. Please contact us to enquire about special order quantities.


Q. 

Can a card order be split among a number of premises?

A. 

Yes. You may decide to do a card for a chain of stores or a group of restaurants or hotels. As long as the card design is the same, you can split your order so that a percentage of the order is delivered to each premise.


Q. 

Can I submit my own design for the Electronic Gift Card?

A. 

Yes! We recommend that you brand the card in keeping with your company merchandising material or in the design that reflects your business environment. Our design team can assist you with a design or you can submit your own completed design.


Q. 

What limitations are there on the design of the card?

A. 

The physical card size is fixed at a standard credit card size. Other than that, there is no limit to the design, style, finish or typeface options of your card.


Q. 

What card packaging options do I have?

A. 

The only limit to the card packaging may be your budget! You can have a basic card carrier, a card envelope, a box or a card gift bag. Please contact us to discuss the full range of options.


Q. 

What is the lead time between order and delivery of the cards?

A. 

Once the design has been agreed, delivery of the cards and terminal is within 4 to 6 weeks. If you are thinking of ordering gift cards for a particular annual event such as Easter, Mother's Day or Christmas, please allow 6 weeks for delivery as card orders peak around these times.


Q. 

How do I keep track of the cards that I have issued to customers, or, of expired cards?

A. 

Once we deliver your cards, you will be given full access to a web portal with a personal login and password for your business. On the web portal you will have access to a wide range of daily and monthly reports; such as reports to determine the value of outstanding cards, the value of expired cards and the value of redeemed cards. These reports are valuable accounting tools for your business.


Q. 

How do I balance the Electronic Gift Card activity to the transactions going through my till system?

A. 

The Electronic Gift Card terminal will produce an end of day report showing the total value of cards issued and redeemed that day. This can be crossed checked against your till system.
