How do I check my card balance?

A. 

Go to www.showmybalance.com, enter your card number and pin number. Your pin number was printed on the receipt when the gift card was issued.

Is there a monthly card fee deducted from my balance?

No.

Will my card expire?

Please check the terms and conditions on your card as some cards may have an expiration date.

Can I use my card in a shop/hotel/restaurant other than the name on the card?

No. You can only use your card in the business from which it was issued. If it is a card from a chain store or hotel group, you can use your card in any of the stores or hotels in the group.

Can the Gift Card be replaced if lost or stolen?

Replacement of a lost or stolen card is at the sole discretion of the business that issued the card.

Can I reload my Gift Card with additional funds?

Yes. Go back to the location that issued the card and they will top it up by an amount of your choosing.

Can the card be used for part payment of a transaction?

A. 

Yes. As long as there are sufficient funds on your card you can use it for full or part payment of a transaction in the business from which it was issued.
